Ingredients
- •4 russet potatoes, scrubbed clean
- •6 oz cream cheese, softened
- •4 oz smoked salmon
- •1 tbsp capers, rinsed and chopped
- •1 tbsp red onion, minced
Steps
- 1Preheat oven to 400F. Poke potatoes all over with a fork. Place on oven rack and bake for 1 hour. Meanwhile mix remaining ingredients together. Split potatoes open and fluff with fork. Spoon salmon mixture onto potatoes and serve.
