Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

Steps

  1. 1Bring sugar and water to a boil in a small saucepan over high heat. Cook, stirring, until sugar dissolves, Let cool. Yields 1 cup.
  2. 2Storage: Can be refrigerated up to 1 month.

Add flavors by putting in citrus peel, cinnamon stick, vanilla beans, etc.
