Ingredients

  • 1 bottle 750mL dry rose wine
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 2 tbsp raspberry liqueur
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries, quartered
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup seltzer

Steps

  1. 1Mix the wine, liqueur, and sugar in a pictcher, stirring to dissolve the sugar, then add the fruit.
  2. 2Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 1 day.
  3. 3Add the seltzer just before serving.
