Ingredients
- •1 1/2 pound red potatoes
- •2 tbsp olive oil
- •1 pint grape tomatoes
- •3 sprig rosemary
- •3 garlic cloves, smashed
- •salt and pepper
Steps
- 1Put a baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 450.
- 2Cut potatoes lengthwise into eighths. Toss with olive oil, tomatoes, rosemary, garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Put cut-side down on the hot baking sheet and roast 15 minutes. Flip the mixture and roast 10 more minutes.
