Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound red potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 3 sprig rosemary
  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed
  • salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1Put a baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 450.
  2. 2Cut potatoes lengthwise into eighths. Toss with olive oil, tomatoes, rosemary, garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Put cut-side down on the hot baking sheet and roast 15 minutes. Flip the mixture and roast 10 more minutes.
