Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. 1Bring all ingredients except red onion to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and let cool, 5 minutes. Toss with red onion in a bowl; cover and chill at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
