Ingredients
- •1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- •1 avocado, halved and cut into strips or wedges
- •1 large fresh mozzarella ball, halved and sliced into wedges
- •2 teaspoon taco seasoning
- •2 tablespoon Taco Sauce
- •2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Steps
- 1Cut the tomatoes, avocado, and mozzarella ball into wedges. Place the tomatoes into a bowl and sprinkle with Taco Seasoning. Toss to coat. Then arrange the tomatoes, avocados, and mozzarella on a platter or large plate.
- 2Drizzle Taco Sauce over the top. Then sprinkle with fresh cilantro over the caprese salad. Salt and pepper if needed.
