Ingredients

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, halved and cut into strips or wedges
  • 1 large fresh mozzarella ball, halved and sliced into wedges
  • 2 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon Taco Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Steps

  1. 1Cut the tomatoes, avocado, and mozzarella ball into wedges. Place the tomatoes into a bowl and sprinkle with Taco Seasoning. Toss to coat. Then arrange the tomatoes, avocados, and mozzarella on a platter or large plate.
  2. 2Drizzle Taco Sauce over the top. Then sprinkle with fresh cilantro over the caprese salad. Salt and pepper if needed.
