Ingredients
- •8 slices bread, toasted
- •2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
- •2 tbsp olive oil
- •1 tbsp za'atar
- •2 tsp lemon juice
- •4 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
- •1/2 cup green olives, chopped
- •2 tbsp fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- •2 tbsp red onion, minced
- •Salt
- •Black pepper
Steps
- 1While the eggs are cooking, toast the pine nuts and bread.
- 2Whisk together oil, za'atar, and lemon juice. Toss with eggs, olives, cilantro, onion, and pine nuts; season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on toast.
