Ingredients

  • 42 oz superfine or granulated sugar
  • 12 oz malted milk powder
  • 12 oz cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp espresso powder
  • 2 tbsp vanilla powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Steps

  1. 1Mix all ingredients by sifting or whisking together in a large bowl until evenly incorporated. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
  2. 2Each serving is 1/4 cup mix in 1 cup hot milk.
