Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

• •5 cups macaroni
• •4 tablespoons mayonnaise
• •1 egg
• •1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
• •1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
• •3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
• •1 dill pickle, finely chopped

Steps

1. 1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until al dente; drain.
2. 2In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, raw egg and vinegar; whisk until smooth. Mix the green onions, hard-cooked eggs, and pickle into a bowl. Stir in cooled macaroni and mix until thoroughly combined.
