Ingredients
- •1 lemon, zested
- •1/2 cup mirin
- •1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- •6 tablespoon soy sauce
- •1/2 cup sugar
- •1 tablespoon green onion, minced
Steps
- 1In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until the sugar dissolves. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator; it will keep for up to 1 month.
