Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 lb baby carrots, trimmed
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh orange juice, from 4-5 oranges
  • 1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Steps

  1. 1Melt butter in large saute pan over medium heat. Add carrots, orange juice, and thyme; cook, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
