Ingredients
- •1 lb salmon filet, boneless/skinless, chopped up in food processor
- •1/3 cup dried bread crumbs
- •2 tbsp whole milk
- •3 tbsp green onion, finely chopped
- •1 egg
- •2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- •2 tbsp cream cheese
- •1 tbsp butter
- •1 tbsp vegetable oil
Steps
- 1Mix all ingredients except butter and oil very well with your hands until everything sticks together. Form into mini burger patties. Fry on both sides in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil over medium heat until just cooked through.
