Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon filet, boneless/skinless, chopped up in food processor
  • 1/3 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp whole milk
  • 3 tbsp green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1Mix all ingredients except butter and oil very well with your hands until everything sticks together. Form into mini burger patties. Fry on both sides in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil over medium heat until just cooked through.
