- •1 English muffin, split
- •1 tsp grainy mustard
- •1/2 apple, thinly sliced
- •3/8 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Steps
- 1Place English muffin cut side up in a toaster oven or on a baking sheet under the broiler, and toast until lightly browned.
- 2Spread the mustard on each muffin half, then half the cheese, the apple, and finally the other half of the cheese. Broil until cheese is melted.
