Ingredients
- •1 tbsp butter
- •1 tbsp flour
- •3/4 cup milk
- •2 eggs, hard-boiled and diced
- •1/4 tsp salt
- •1/8 tsp black pepper
- •2 slices toast
Steps
- 1Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Mix in the flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat. Stir until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in milk.
- 2Heat to boiling. Then, stir the mixture constantly for one minute. Add the diced egg to the mixture. Serve with toast, english muffin, or boiled potatoes.
