Ingredients

  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 3/4 cup feta, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt

Steps

  1. 1Cook onion and jalapeno in olive oil 6 minutes. Puree with remaining ingredients and season with salt to taste.
  2. 2Serve with toasted bread and vegetable sticks.
