Avocado feta dip

Ingredients

• •1/2 red onion, diced
• •1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
• •extra-virgin olive oil
• •1 avocado, diced
• •1 cup cilantro
• •3/4 cup feta, crumbled
• •1/4 cup lemon juice
• •3 tbsp vegetable oil
• •salt

Steps

1. 1Cook onion and jalapeno in olive oil 6 minutes. Puree with remaining ingredients and season with salt to taste.
2. 2Serve with toasted bread and vegetable sticks.
