Ingredients
- •1/2 tbsp sugar
- •1 tbsp rice vinegar
- •1/4 tsp salt
- •1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- •1 medium carrot, julienned
- •1 medium cucumber, julienned
- •1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- •1 green onion, thinly sliced
Steps
- 1In a small bowl, whisk together sugar, vinegar, salt and black pepper; set aside.
- 2Peel and julienne carrot and cucumber. Chop bell pepper and green onion.
- 3Add carrot, cucumber, bell pepper and green onion to dressing mixture. Toss vegetables to coat. Serve immediately.
