Mike’s Restaurant Style Salsa

We go to this small Mexican restaurant in downtown Princeton all the time and have been going there for well over a decade now; maybe 15 years. When you sit, they give you this really spicy fresh salsa. This is my take on that salsa; just not as spicy. If spicy is your thing, throw in extra jalapeños or habaneros.

Notes
Even better if you make it a day in advance; let it sit in its juices for a few hours in the fridge.
